From Dijon, France, Valerie moved to the US in 1997 to pursue a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology/Health Promotion and play Division I College Tennis for Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She worked as a personal trainer before deciding to relocate to Blowing Rock, NC with her husband, Michael, in 2004. Valerie is extremely enthusiastic, creative and close to nature. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.  Her favorite pastimes are playing tennis, skiing, hiking, running, and gardening.

Michael Duggan (828-773-5992)

Michael Duggan is an accomplished real estate investor and entrepreneur. He started Ace Realty to provide buyers and sellers with personalized and innovative real estate services. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has a Real Estate Broker license in North Carolina. Michael and his wife, Valerie, moved from Boca Raton, Florida to Blowing Rock in 2004. They quickly realized that Watauga County is much more than a beautiful place to visit; it also has the right mix of growth and economic opportunities. Michael will exceed your expectations in helping you find the very best real estate investment property.

Anita has a warm and energetic personality and is committed to making real estate transactions an enjoyable experience for both buyers and sellers. Her mechanical engineering degree taught her excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. She came to the North Carolina Mountains from Charlotte to open a local fine dining restaurant with her husband, a talented chef. Anita enjoys working with people to ensure their real estate transactions close smoothly.

Cassie was born and raised in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. She attended Wilkes Community College and later received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations. As a native of Ashe County, Cassie is very knowledgeable about the area. She obtained her North Carolina Broker license in October, 2006. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and her two chocolate labs.
